Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from receipt of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery receipt of your order, No refund or exchange will be entertained.

Only goods requested by Sweet Mallows need be returned, For any form of refund or replacement, the original product in its original packaging must be provided, any item which is discarded, destroyed or is not available for inspection upon request will not be considered.

we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as Photographic evidence of delivery condition.

each case will be dealt with on its own merits and at the discretion of Sweet Mallows.

Please do not send your purchase back to Sweet Mallows, unless requested.
