Chocolate biscuit are crushed and then mixed into our fluffy vanilla mallow and as if there was not enough biscuit in the mallow we top it with even more crushed biscuits. This is one of our most popular mallows.

Ingredients:
Sugar, gelatine (bovine, Halal), water, salt, Potassium tartrate (natural stabilizing agent), corn starch, powdered sugar, cocoa biscuit and flavouring.

Our gourmet marshmallows are handmade in small batches and cut by hand into approx. 5cm by 5cm squares. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your order. To keep our marshmallows fresh, we recommend storing them in an airtight container, in a cool and dry place and consume within 4 to 6 weeks.
